This is Misfits Week at The Lost Soul of Rock and Roll. I've got something to say! If you are easily offended then you need to stay away from the song of the day for October 30, 2012 because it's 'Last Caress' by the Misfits.
'Last Caress' is definitely one of those songs that makes religious groups burn records because lyrics dealing with dead kids and assault are not going to win praise from Debbie Boone fans. The Misfits are able to horrify some listeners in two minutes with 'Last Caress', which is impressive because some bands spent an entire career pretending to be scary and completely fail at the task.
